Where Is The Cheapest Place To Buy Satin Ice Fondant?

Where can I buy Satin Ice fondant the cheapest? Some places I find are cheaper but then shipping costs are higher. Right now im paying $67.25 for a 20 pound white. $52.75 plus $14.50 shipping. I have seen it as low as $45.99 but then charging $25+ to ship it
funny I was just researching this today beccause I have a big cake coming up. The cheapest I've found is at global sugar art because they are running a sale today but I think it is the $45.99 plus shipping. I was planning on ordering 25 lbs of fondant and shipping was about $30 so my total was just under a $100. I checked all the other websites and they were more.
My local store is more than that as well. Good luck. Let us know if you find a better deal.
I order from UltimateBaker.com... which I believe is now Cooksdream.com, but both addresses work. My last ordered was a 20# tub ($49.89), 4-2# tubs ($36.97), 50-10" Round Boards, 100-8" Round Boards & 50 Half Sheet Boards. The total Shipping Costs were $28.83. I shopped around for days before calculating this as the cheapest. Bonus, the 2# Tubs can be mixed and matched into a four pack of any combo you'd like!
I have a local cake supply store that was selling it for $41.50 and now upped the price to $45. Totally understandable as everything goes up.
There isn't a local bakery supply store in your town or in a neighboring town?

I'm ordering it from fondantsource.com. The supplies for me to make it myself cost me between $3.50 & $3.75. That makes 1.75 #'s. With shipping, the 20 # tub will cost me $4.85 for the same amount. Not worth my time & the possibility of failure (poor texture, powdered sugar clumps, etc.) for me to make it myself. And the shipping is half of what it is on globalsugarart.com! I still like globalsugarart, they've always shipped my order quickly & I like their flavorings, but I can't pass up that price on fondant!
I also use UltimateBaker.com its the lowest that I have found around here since we dont have any local cake stores. THis is out of spokane and always gets here very fast. Shipping was not too bad. When you talk with them on the phone they are so very very nice.

Sweet Wise has 2lb for $7.78 and 5lb for $15.79 cheapest I've seen.
I live in SC and the cheapest place I have found is cakesupplies4u.com. i just priced 20lb satin ice fondant and it was $49.89 with $15.83 shipping cost = $65.72. Don't know if the shipping cost varies depending on your location or not, but that would be a few dollars of savings for you. She has price match guarantee also.

AGo Micheals and use online 40 or 50% off one regular priced item coupon - if you want several buckets you'd need to take a friend or go a few times same day using different email address (that's how they keep track of one use per day so sometimes I go in the morning as again before closing just saying a new email addy the second visit) the coupons last a full week so you could go everyday and get a decent discount if it is easy for you. I live very near a Micheals.
