i would say only a couple of days with filling because it will soften the texture and the shells will keep in the freezer for a while.

In my house, no more than 2 days.. it is SOOO good lol !! hihihi

I just came back from Paris and purchased some macarons from a famous bakery as gifts. They told me they last 2-4 days and they must be kept refrigerated.

Good luck! I can't wait to try to make them myself!
