the Cake Mix doctor "Cupcakes", has some delicious ideas.
I also like Warren Browns "Cakelove", I've made alot of his recipes into cupcakes and they turn out beautifully.
And of course, Martha Stewarts new cupcake cookbook has some wonderful recipes in it also
I love to search blogs too, so many wonderful ideas. check out howtoeatacupcake.net - her blog is fantastic, and she has links to alot of other great blogs too.

My cupcake book is called "500 Cupcakes" by Fergal Connolly. It came out in 2005. It is broken down into 10 cupcake specialties which are .... 1)Classic Cupcakes, 2) Fragrant & Spiced Cupcakes, 3) Chocolate Cupcakes, 4) Decadent Cupcakes, 5) Muffins, 6) Cupcakes for special occassions, 7)Cupcakes for kids, Wholesome Muffins, 9) Low-fat Cupcakes, and 10) Cupcakes for special diets.
Another good thing about this book is that from an original recipe it gives tons of variations. Hope this is helpful for you.

The Australian Women's Weekly has a Cupcake book with THE most divine recipes! I have a few other recipe books (including the 500) but always find myself using the WW Cupcake book over any other.

I think it has been re-published since I bought it and is now called Cupcakes and fairycakes.
This link is to the actual one I definately bought but it has also been combined with their Cookies and their Cheesecakes book. It is definately worth the purchase! I had to buy them all separately!
