Can Anyone Tell Me Where To Find Coconut Milk?

Silly question, I know but I thought I could find it at the local grocery store and have not been able to. I want to make a coconut cake and the recipe calls for it. Any ideas?

They have it at Wal-marts well at the one nearest me and at our local gro. store. I don't know where you are from but maybe you could ask them to order it for you if you have the time to wait for it HTH

Yes walmart, krogers,its in a can if that helps any..should be near the coconut and and petmilk section

Look for it on the aisle where you find drink mixes (like pina colada, margarita mixes) or on the aisle where you find asian or spanish food.

cream of coconut and coconut milk are NOT one and the same. The difference is enormous.

For sure, the sweetened cream of coconut reminds me of coconut flavored sweetened condensed milk... icon_lol.gif

Thank you everyone. I did find the cream of cocnut and was not sure it would work so I went to another store and found the coconut milk. YAY. I thought it might be in the baking isle but it wasn't. I did find it in the specialty foods section.
