i'm having a moment, how many cups are in 2 lbs of powdered sugar... i thought it was about 7.5 cups.. but i'm reading online and getting 2 answers!!
Checking online, I'm seeing 3.5 to 3.75 per pound, so approx 7 cups per 2 lb bag.
You can also do the math. Check the Nutruitional Lable on the side of the bag. It should give you a serving size and number of servings in the bag. Just pulling numbers out of the air, let's assume a serving size is 1/4 cup and there are 28 servings in the bag. 28 divided by 4 = 7 cups.
