I have a dolly varden cake tin that i am using to make a cowboy hat and was wondering if any one knows how many serves I will get from a 7 1/2" at the base dolly varden tin...i will be carving it slighty to get the look of the "arena" Akubra hat (australian hat). I need to know this so i have a rough idea on how much to charge for it. Thanks Kelly

If you are going to trim the cake slightly I would say 20 - 25 pieces.
