I Need A Templete To Make A Mini Pizza Box From Cardstock

I need a pizza box about 6inches wide. I'm making cookies like pizza's and the lady is wanting them to be in pizza boxes.
I don't know how to make a templete, just wondering if anyone else had one or wanted to give this a shot and help me out.
Any help would be greatful.

I put in mini pizza box template into yahoo and came up with a 4 x 4 box template from stamping pretty. I would use 15 x 8 sheet of card stock paper, if you can find it, score it 1" all around, then measure up 7" and 8" and score at that, cut in 1 " at the 7' and 8" for the flaps and 1' cut on one of the ends as well. Fold to make your box. hope this helps.
the cookies are going to be 6" across??????
that's a mighty big cookie!
here's template I drew up that creates a 3x3 box.
putting it on a photo copier capable of printing on tabloid size (11x17) and hitting 200% enlargement will give an 6x6 box.
you are looking at the INSIDE of the box
red lines are CUTS
blue lines are FOLDS all folds are made toward the inside (if this side is laying flat on table, all folds are up away from table)
left and right sides have double flaps so as to catch the little tabs from the front and back
hint: save a real pizza box and unfold it and refold it and this pattern the same as the real deal.
