How To Glaze Castle Bundt Cake

I want to know how to color glaze (coat) castle bundt cake with colored glaze. Do I pour it on the bundt or dip the bundt in the glaze? I want to put this on a round buttercream cake.

Does anybody have a good recipe for a good dairy free glaze? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what type of glaze you are looking for but I used to glaze bunt cakes with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk. Sometimes I use water instead of milk. If you want color, maybe you should add food coloring.
