Does anyone have a recipe for a Strawberry Boston White Cake? It reminds me of a Boston Cream Pie cuz it's one layer of cake (the cake is really light -- kinda like a sponge cake) with a bavarian cream filling & whipped cream on top of the bavarian cream and glazed strawberries on the top layer of the cake with more whipped cream.
I just had a piece from a local bakery & it's to die for; very cool & refreshing. I'm really trying to find out a good "light, spongy" cake recipe to use. I'm pretty sure I can come up with the bavarian cream and whipped cream on my own. Here's a pic:
