I have a recipe that uses 4oz powdered sugar. i use the 1lb bags and I don't know what the measurement is. In cups or Tablespoons. Does anyone know. I do not have a scale and this little town does not have one anywhere.
Guess I need to invest in one.
Thanks
Jennifer

Figure it this way - one pound of sugar is 16 oz or approx 4 cups. 2 cups would be 8 oz, so 1 cup would be 4 oz. Welcome to CC

This list is very useful for all of this stuff. It tells you how many cups are in a pound of everything in your kitchen.
