i have never made this kind of cake before and want to experiment on my hubby what kind of filling goes good with angel food cake?
Any filling will go with the angel food cake. Fruit fillings (especially strawberry) are great, but so are most of the cream fillings. I personally love whipped choc ganache filling with raspberries or raspberry filling with it! JMO
