Hi I made a fruit cake recently but it didnt come out crumbly and cakey in texture but more sticky and moist, I blended all the fruit up in a processor before baking (caribbean recipe way) would it make a difference not doing this????
hm well it was my first try so I will give it another go and let you know how it comes out!! I will try not mashing up the fruit this time and maybe it might make a bit of a difference
