Hi everyone,
I am looking for a chocolate frosting recipe that is white in color and easy to smooth. I need it for a wedding cake.I would really appreciate any suggestions or help on this.thanks.

I know of no chocolate recipe that is white. You might try using chocolate extract, but your icing will be off white...

There is white chocolate (tastes like milk, sugar and vanilla), but it doesn't taste like chocolate as it contains only cocoa fat and not cocoa solids.
