Edible Image Template For Cupcakes

I just got an Epson CX8400 and some edible inks and paper from kopykake. I haven't even opened up the boxes yet! I'm very excited to play around with them.
My friend's birthday is this weekend and I'd like to make some cupcakes for her with her picture on them. Is there a template that I can use to make 2.5in round circles (with her photo) to print and put on top of the cupcakes???
I'm a total edible image novice.

Kopykake has a program you can download from their website. You get so many free and then you can also punch in a code from your edible image packet for more "uses."
