How Do I Go About Making The Color Wedgewood Blue?

Anyone know what colors you would mix to create the color wedgewood blue? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I think Wilton sells a color very close. It's called Cornflower blue, it's just a bit less grey than Wedgewood, maybe add a small amount of grey icing to it.
