The first thing that jumps to mind is white cupcakes with pink butter cream ribbons on top.

I think of the pink ribbons also, even in fondant.

I agree about the pink ribbons but I think it would look nice if you iced some in white and some in a lighter shade of pink than the ribbon itself. Fondant ribbons were my first thought but bc would look good too!
