Are you asking about piping gel? Or the stuff to make jam?

Inquiring minds like mine want to know, too. Piping gel. Like the stuff you would mix in for writing.

If you're talking about clear piping gel, you can buy small tubs of it at Michaels or Joanns. Wilton makes it.

What are you using this for?

if your talking piping gel sometimes you can find it at walmart or a craft store like hobby lobby or micheals in the wedding area.

Thanks for all the suggestions. No, it's not piping gel. Clear Jel is a modified cornstarch used in canning. I found out how to can the granny smith apples we got off our tree to make apple pie filling, and Clear Jel is the best to use instead of cornstarch. (Cornstarch breaks down under the high temps of canning.) You guys are the best! I knew I could count on you to point me in the right direction!
