My bf's mother purchased a group of these from a garage sale, and asked me for some recipe suggestions to use with this cookie press besides what comes with it. Do you all have any suggestions? Either where can I find recipes, or what you use? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

Those are the ones with the decorated handles, right? I have never bought any. Do the patterns match the handles?
Could they be used to stamp color or impressions onto fondant-covered cookies or mini-cakes?

They don't "match", but they do coordinate. For example, my eagle (patriotic one holding shield and arrows) has a handle draped in a flag. The sun one has a handle covered in gold stars on a dk blue background. They are beautiful to display.

But I also use them with kitchen clay. They make lovely ornaments.
