I know it's not till Oct. but being the over planner that I am, I'd like to get ideas now in case I need to practice and special techniques. My boss is a male who doesn't like the word 'boss', he's very outgoing, atheletic and a meat & potatos kind of guy. I was thinking maybe a cut shaped cake in the shape of a T-Bone Steak and use a few cupcakes decorated as baked potatos or mini muffins as little white or red potatos. I also thought of 2 round cakes and cut / frost in the shape of a wheel of cheese for Happy Boss' Day to the Big Cheese thought he is not CEO of the company or anything like that. He loves to grill outdoor, maybe some thing around that idea.
Anyway, any thoughts suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
