How Long Is The Wilton Tube Of Icing Good For??

I bought a tube of the black Wilton ready to use icing a week ago to make a FBCT for my youngest sons birthday cake. It doesn't say any where on the tube how long it is good for once opened (it has a resealable lid). Does anyone know?
I was wondering because my oldest son's party is coming up next weekend and I still have almost a whole tube of the stuff left and would like to use it, but only if it's still good.

Here's what I hand out to all my students on the first night of a course with me...
