Where To Find Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa In Bulk?

I would try calling the Hershey company. They might be able to sell you some directly, or refer you to someone in your area. I have called them with questions about a few of their products and have always found them to be very helpful.

You may try through Sam's Club as well - Wally world is the only reliable place I can find the Special Dark cocoa.

I've never seen it in bulk, but I have bought it by the case at cash n carry and I think it equaled out to about $1.79 a can. Thats not too bad...I may have hit some mega special, tho...lol

Funny that you should post this because I just ran into some today, but I don't know if it will help you much. In my area we have little country stores that sell baking mixes and things of that nature in bulk or measured out in smaller packages. If you have anything like that is your area, you may want to look into that. They called it black cocoa, so maybe in your searchings that is another name that you could reference.
If you don't mind me asking, how do you use the cocoa in your icing? I have always used melted chocolate.
Good Luck!!!

When I've used cocoa in icing, I sift it with the 10x sugar when making an American style buttercream.
I usually use ganache to make my chocolate buttercream (just a personal preference), but I can see that being a pain when you have to make 80 lbs of it.
