I live in Canada and I an looking for a recipie for the Caramel Crunch cake. It is served here at Kelseys. It is a pecan merainge cookie with cream filling topped with caramel. Does anyone have the recipie for this cake? Here is the description they give:
Fresh 35% whipping cream mixed with smooth rich caramel is sandwiched between three layers of delectable almond pecan meringue. The same incredible cream and caramel combination tops the cake, completing the Super Caramel Crunch, our most famous La Rocca creation.
