Hi all! I have leftover scraps from a lemon cake I made and need a recipe for cake balls. I already searched for one and can not find any. I have a container of cream cheese icing (BC). How would I attempt to do this? TIA!
Break up the cake and add just enough of the BC so that the mixture is moist enough to roll into balls. Then you could roll them in some powdered sugar or dip/drizzle with white chocolate. Yum!
