Does anyone have a good key lime cake recipe and a good recipe for a filling to use with it?
I will remember to post the exact recipe I use, it's a butter cake using butter milk and keylime. The filling is a cream cheese filling and cream cheese frosting too. Delicious! I also experimted by adding a pack of Key lime jello (sugar free) to the recipe instead of the actual keylime...eveyone when awe!! when the cake was slice to see the green colour. Made it for St. Patrick's Day 
Love key limes! I make keylime cookies with toasted coconuts and macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips. Usually I double the batch because I eat most when they are hot...I can smell them now 
...I'm at my day job/work (baking is my dream work)
