Can someone please tell me if they have found clear flavorings for frostings? I am looking for chocolate (not white chocolate) so my cake will stay white. Also would like to find orange that is clear too. Can someone please direct me? icon_smile.gif

I've seen a clear chocolate flavouring on Globalsugarart.com. I believe they also have a clear Orange Extract as well. Hope this helps.

The chocolate flavoring on globalsugarart is a natural blend made my silver cloud. I am sure you could call either one and they can answer your question about clarity.

thanks for the info, I'm so glad to know. I would of hated to add it to a whole batch of frosting.
