I have to make a carrot cake and cant figure out what to do. I have googled pictures but I want something different. I cant use fondant. Please help.

I have done alot of carrot cakes (checkout my pics!) and there are alot of different ones in the gallery. You can also decorate a carrot cake like any other cake if you so choose. thumbs_up.gif

and look at the 2007 calendar. There is a carrot cake in there. You can sub some flowers for the carrots, if you wish.
