I´m going to make the no fail sugar cookie recipe, but I don´t know how many pounds or grams are 2 cups of butter.
Can anyone help me please I have to make 400 cookies for tomorrow and I better start now.

One pound of butter = 2 cups.

2 cups is 4 sticks or 1 lb of butter
