I store mine chilled. It's cold here so I keep it in the garage. It will keep a long time....my MIL will eat it for 2-3 months. I ususally throw it out after a month. Hope this helps.
Wow, I did not know it would be fresh that long! I guess I will stick mine in the fridge since I do not know when I am going to be finishing all these gift baskets I am attemping to make!
