Pediatric Nurse Cake Ideas

Any ideas for a friend whose baby is almost out of NICU...she would like to give them a cake for peds nurses. I was thinking of baby blocks with medical images (from mold--thermometer, stethescope, etc).

Any suggestions....thank you!!

I was thinking of a play on words: Peek-a-boo! ICU! With those words, I am thinking of a teddy bear partially covering its eyes.

how about some fondant or gumpaste teddy bears. one thats a nurse checking the baby bear's temp or something like that. that would be cute

I used to be a pedi nurse. Sure do miss those days! I think the blocks would be very cute! I sure do wish I would have gotten a cake from a patients family! I got flowers once!
