Need Ideas For A Pastor Appreciation Cake...

Hi! Someone asked me tonight to make a cake for October 14th for our two pastors in our church. I am just starting out in cake decorating, this will be my third cake by time I make it...so I want to come up with something the pastors will like because I am guessing they necessarily dont love flowers as much as women do....so any ideas for a cute/neat cake idea that wouldnt be to hard for me...thanks!

maybe two tiers instead of three....would that be too hard for me...is that chocolate ganache or what works best for that drizzle over the top and if any of you have any tips/recipes for this cake for anything to do with it...please HELP me...i want to make this special for them! They deserve it!
