Hi !
I have someone who wants a "salsa cake" by Sat. They are the owners of a salsa dance studio. They do not want mexican themed but salsa and were very specific on this. The only specification is that I use their Logo, which is just thier name in block letters with Triangles around it. Any ideas out there from you brilliant ladies??
Thanks!!

well, salsa is from Puerto Rico and their tipical instruments are maracas, the small drum or tambore and others that I can't even pronounce.
maybe you could do a flat cake with those images or a image of an spanish couple dancing sort of like "dancing with the star show" that you could print from the internet and do a bruttercream transfer or edible image..oh.. well I try to help...good luck

You could do one of the plastic doll dome cakes and decorate her as a spanish dancer. If you need it to serve more people, you could put her on top of a sheet cake decorated like their dance floor. Just an idea, hope this helps or you find something better. Godd luck!

when i read this i thought of the dress, you could either a literal dancer with the dress like posted before, or a more loose interpretation of layers covered with ruffled and flowy fondant, with all the embellishements and colors of traditional costume. hope it helps!!! cant wait to see the final....
