I was wandering if anyone has tried the cream cheese icing from Sam's Club?
I have used their bc and choco bc and everyone I have done cakes for likes it. I was just wandering what kind of consistency and taste it has. Please let me know what y'all think.

TIA
Beth

Sorry can't help you. I've used their Bettercreme only. You can easily make a cream cheese icing yourself though.

Curious here, where do you buy icing from Sam's? Their bakery?

Yes you talk to someone in the bakery. They sell it to you already made in huge buckets. The non dairy whipped toppind called Rich's Bettercreme is between $22 and $24 per bucket depending on the flavor. Not sure about pricing of the other types of icing.

I buy the buttercream not the bettercream. The buttercream is $26 a bucket and weighs 28lbs. All the people that have had my cakes really like the taste of it better than the Wilton bc recipe I was using. This is why I was inquiring on the cream cheese icing. To see if anyone has tried it before I buy a bucket of it. For the price they are charging, I can't come near that to make it. $28 for an 18lb bucket, that is $1.57 a pound. The way I see it, less money in the ingredients, more money in my pocket.
