Wanted to let everyone know that I finally found a cake decorating shop in Tulsa. Yeah!! It's called Icing on the Top and is located at 54th & Garnett. They have tons of decorating supplies that we could never find at Hobby Lobby and Michaels. They have air brush colors, dragees, every color shimmer dust, cake dummies, Magic Line pans...... all kinds of cool stuff. You should definitely check it out!!
