I bought some marshmallows last winter and never used them. they aren't "hard" as a rock, but halfway there! LOL I was wanting to experiment with making some MMF, but just for fun, not giving to anyone or anything...

So, first can old marshmallows be used at all for anything and second can dry marshmallows be used to make MMF?

Thanks! Melissa

They do have an expiration date on them (or at least should). They do get stale--even in a sealed plastic bag. And MMF made out of stale MM means stale MMF (yep, know from experience icon_redface.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif ).

You know, it's one of those things you know the answer too but you don't like the answer? LOL So... in the trash they go... you know, almost EVERY year I throw away marshmallows. I just don't use them!
