Can someone please tell me how many of the 4" wedding cake cookies can you get from one batch of cookie dough? Have to make about 200.

It depends on what recipe you are using. What I normally do when needing a lot of cookies is to make the recipe and see how many cookies I can get from the first batch...and go from there.

The full recipe of NFSCs says it will make 5 dozen. That really depends on the size of cookie cutters you are using. I usually only make a half batch and roll 1/4 inch thick. I get close to 3 dozen medium size cookies. You should have plenty of icing for all your cookies with one batch of icing.

Hope this helps.

When I make cookies (always 4") with NFSC I get about 3 1/2 dozen from one batch. Post pics when you're done!! thumbs_up.gif
