Don't know if you'd have a use for this or not, but I just ran across a recipe for "hair" on a website with Halloween hints, etc.
Chocolate Hair

This recipe makes a very intersting and tasty dessert which is perfect for Halloween.

Serving: 9
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes

3 large shredded wheat bundles
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 6-ounce bag milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1. Break up shredded wheat bundles into single long strands, so that they have the appearance of hair. Set aside.

2. Place the honey, brown sugar, chocolate chips, and butter in a medium sized heavy saucepan and heat over low to melt. Gently stir mixture with a rubber spatula. Mixture should be smooth and glossy. Remove the saucepan from burner and place it on a heat safe work surface.

3. Gently fold in shredded wheat. When the shredded wheat is completely coated, scoop it onto wax paper in nine equal portions. Use a fork to gently rake "hairs" into one direction.

4. To set Chocolate Hair, place them in refrigerator for about thirty minutes. If there are any hairy bundles left over, keep them stored in the refrigerator.
