Need Idea, Adult Twin Birthday Cake

Have you seen those baby shower peas in a pod cakes here on CC? What if you used that idea but made the faces more like the twins they are of? Here is a link of the baby ones:

What age?
Do they have any of the same interest?
Do they have a favorite color?
Not quite sure which direction to go with an idea as I don't think there is quite enough information. Maybe someone else is more creative than I am tonight.
i would be tempted to do a mirror image thing. (you say twins, i think identical) so i would do 2 identical figures standing at identical pedestal sinks with a frame that would be a mirror normaly but instead of that you see the other twin on the other side. you could do the figures checking for wrinkles or gray hair with their "reflection"

It links to a 'split' cake - since these twins are adults it might be nice to do show them as individuals.
This may sound corny but how about a giant pack of Double Mint gum...since the commercials always have twins on them.
