I am needing to fill an order and the lady wants macadamia nut/white chocolate cookies. Anyone have a "killer" or "to die for" recipe that you wouldn't mind sharing?

Thanks in advance!!

This is the recipe I use as a base for both chocolate chip, and mac nut/white chocolate. I just substitute white chocolate instead of the semi sweet, and the mac nuts instead of the walnuts.

Ooh ooh!! Me me! (raising my hand)

This recipe is sooo good. Just swap out the walnuts for macadamia nuts.

Chunky White-Chocolate-Chip Cookies
(The Professional Pastry Chef)

1 lb. white chocolate
14 oz. walnuts
10 oz. granulated sugar
10 oz. brown sugar
11 oz. softened butter
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. bread flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Chop the white chocolate and the walnuts into raisin-sized pieces and set aside. Mix together the sugars, butter, and salt until well-combined. Add the eggs and vanilla.

Sift together the flour and baking soda. Add to the butter mixture. Stir in the walnuts and white chocolate. Chill the dough if it is too soft to form.

Divide the dough into 1-pound pieces. Roll each piece into a 20-inch rope. Use flour as needed to prevent the dough from sticking. Cut each rope into 20 pieces and place the, staggered on sheet pans lined with baking paper.

Bake the cookies at 375° until they just start to turn color, about 10 minutes. They taste best if still somewhat soft in the center.

P.S. The recipe above calls for "bread flour"-- I just use all purpose and it's great.

This is my recipe that I sell, and it is my most popular cookie:

2 1/2 C all-purpose flour
2tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1 C butter softened
3/4 C granulated sugar
3/4 C packed brown sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 C white chocolate chips
1 C chopped macadamia nuts

Beat butter, sugars and vanilla unitl well mixed. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in dry ingredients. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by large scoop full, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter for each cookie, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in freezer for about 15 minutes while preheating oven to 375. Remove cookie sheet from freezer and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Remove cookie sheet and let cool for about 2 miutes then transfer cookies to a cooling rack lined with parchment paper. Repeat for remaining dough. The recipe makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies

I promise these are the best cookies ever! Every one who tastes them says they are the best they have ever had.
