Chocopan is made from white chocolate. I've never used it, but from what I've seen of it on cake competitions on the Food Network, I'm kinda scared of the stuff, it seems to get really soft and tear very easy and be much harder to work with than Satin Ice and Pettinice.

I bought some for my first fondant wedding cake and I love it!! I was worried too from seeing it used on a challenge but kneading powdered sugar in helps and you can roll it thinner than regular fondant so it goes farther. And it tastes really good! It has a very mild, light flavor and it not overly sweet. I have decided this is the only fondant I will use from know on. Another thing I found is that if you do get a tear or anything, because it is made with white chocolate, the heat from your hands can repair it. I would say to definitely give it a try. I got mine from www.intotheoven.com and they have good prices and service. They have it in small buckets too if you just want a bit to try out.

Awesome, I'll have to try it out. I have a business selling cake supplies so I can buy it wholesale and try it out!
