Does anyone have a recipe for strawberry cream cheese filling? I'm doing a baby shower cake for a friend and that is what they want but I can't find a recipe for it. Thanks icon_razz.gif

Here is my recipe:

Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling

1 Pkg. (8oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
3 cup's of Rich's prepared Bettercream
8-10 oz. Seedless Strawberry Jam
4 TBSP. Strawberry Glaze

Beat cream cheese till smooth, add Strawberry Jam and glaze then whip till smooth and blended, Add whipped Bettercream. Blend well.
