Tulsa, Oklahoma Cake Decorating Shop Help

I was informed by my Wilton Instructor that there is a new cake decorating shop in the 61st and Garnett area....... does anyone know the name of this place?? I drove around the other day and couldn't find it to save my life!! I am in desperate need of some supplies for a cake this weekend and it's stuff that you can't get at Hobby Lobby or Michaels. HELP Please!!!

I wouldn't think that it's exactly at the corner of 61 & Garnett. My guess is that it's on Garnett between 61st & 51st. There's a lot of little mom & pop shops in the business strips throughout that area. If you find it let me know! I can go home through that area this evening and I'll let you know if I happen to find it.

Hey!! Good to hear from you again!! I heard the lady owns a bakery over there somewhere (some reason 58th and Garnett is ringing a bell) and decided to expand her shop to carry hard to find decorating supplies..... which as you know living in Tulsa all decorating supplies are hard to find!! If it ain't at Hobby Lobby it's not to be found in this town. My Wilton instructor doesn't know the name of the store or the bakery, just knows that it's on Garnett somewhere. Thanks for all of your help!!

Ok, since you said that she owns a bakery over there somewhere, I looked up bakeries and found only one that is near the 61 & Garnett area:
Carl & Marge Daylight Donuts & Chicken (5590 South Garnett Road)
Hmmm...
So, I called the number to see if they carried any cake supplies but a fax machine picked up.

Yes, in 87, my brother graduated in 89 I think.

Worth a visit!
I went for my first time this afternoon 6/29/10. I needed some ideas for a cake to honor a gal who has just this week earned her RN from an LPN. No ideas were there but I did get a 1/2 sheet cake box which I truly needed.
There's also Jenifer Jones' shop at 54th & Mingo. The bakery part is called Icing on the Top and I think the supply store is called Just Add Sugar.
