I am using a box mix. Is one sufficient even though it says it is? I have two if I need to use both, but would like to be prepared.

Anyone know how long? Normal length? to bake? My instructions got lost of did not come with it. Got is for $2 at HL(gotta love that place!) since it was seasonal.

The instructions are here:
http://www.cakecentral.com/wilton-pan-instructions-38-Cross-Pan-2105-2509.html

If you look at the left, the menu under "My account" has an option called "Pan Instructions". Most of the Wilton ones are there.

If the pan says 1 mix, then one is enough. You could add 1/2 of the other one so that you can level it easier, but I wouldn't use both of them.

I've used that pan and used one box mix with no problem. I baked it at 325 for almost an hour. (I bake all of my cakes at 325)
