I know its probably a phopaw, but I really like the whipped cream ising that Ive had on some store bought cakes. Ive had it so far on cakes I bought back East in Stop & Shop stores and Ive recently had it on a Carvel icecream cake. Does anyone have a recipe for this?

There's not really a recipe for it. It's Rich's Bettercreme. You can get it from Sam's Club bakery (you have to ask the bakery staff for it). If you do a search for Rich's bettercreme, there are a ton of threads about it.
