Need Fun & Funny Ideas For Lady's 51St B'day

Okay, so now I'm at a loss. I have a potential client who has requested something "fun and funny" for his wife's 51st birthday this December ... he's giving me a lot of time to come up with a design and if I'm successful I will get his business. (Good thing there's time ....)
The well is running dry right now. What do I do? In the past I've done a mini-graveyard with a white casket out of gum paste, gold handles and all. Headstones that read "R.I.P. Linda's Youth" and the like.
I've also put the image of the Grim Reaper on the cake top ("Don't worry, Charlie, I'm only here for the cake!").
A suggestion has been made to make a giant AARP card with the birthday girl's infor on it.
Anyone else have any great suggestions? Thanks one and all. You're the best! 
A FBCT and just about any quote from Hallmark's Maxine character about getting old would be funny. Or how about a cake shaped like a bottle of Geritol? You could use jelly beans or sweet tarts for faux pills spilling out of the bottle.
