Hi all. I'm making a tiramisu for my firend's birthday (requested by the b'day girl herself), but some of the friends at this borthday dinner are completely anti-alcohol. The recipe calls for 1/4 c. of brandy or marsala wine. Is there any kind of extract or flavoring I can substitute? TIA

I've had this without alcohol, just the strong coffee extract with sugar to sweeten

Thanks! I thought it might be missing something w/o the alcohol. I'm glad to know that it was still good.
