Funny Going Away Cake

A co-worker is leaving to take another job. We are nurses on a VERY busy floor- she is going to a desk job. She has joked that the only down side of the new job is that her "behind" is going to get big since she won't be 'running it off' at work anymore. Thought I'd try to play off of this for her cake. The cake will be 11x15 sheet.
I like some of the cakes in the gallery too: the lambs saying ' we'll miss EWE',
or I thought of doing a small 3d bear saying ' we'll miss you BEAR-Y much'.
Don't know what to do! Don't want to offend anyone overweight with the fat bottom girl cake- but thought it might be funny. Here's a rough sketch. But I don't know what put for the saying either.
I need help!

How about these for the tushy cake:

"Don't Let the door hit ya where the good Lord Split ya!" May be too blunt

"In the end we will all miss ya"

I think you should go on the safe side and not do something big-butt- or weight-related. Even if the woman jokes about her own butt, she might be embarrassed or hurt if you do that on a cake. Probably not, but you just never know.
