Doctoring A Pillsbury Sugar Free Cake Mix

I know there was a thread about this mix back in March, but nothing since. I bought one today and was wondering if anyone has tried baking one, using a "doctored' recipe? I was thinking perhaps to use a box of sugar-free instant pudding mix, etc. Any other ideas?
