I've never made a German Chocolate cake from a mix before, so I was wondering what everyone's opinions are of the mixes on the market. I'm not really loyal to any one brand, so feel free to give your opinions! Duncan Hines, Betty Crocker, or Pillsbury? By the way, I will be using the mix as a base for a red velvet cake.

Becky, do you just add the sour cream to the cake, or are you replacing some liquid with it?
