I thought that would be great, I have been eyeballing it at the supermarket, but havn't gotten brave enough to try. Would you flavor the frosting too?

You have to let us know how it tastes!

My hubby is getting some as I type--he is excited to try a new flavor. I plan to use it in the frosting too. I will let you know what happens.

YUMMY!! replaced half of the milk in the cake mix and the icing with the creamer. Then mixed vanilla pudding using 1 cup creamer to replace 1c of the milk and use it to fill the cake thumbs_up.gif

I just used it last night to make some cake balls. I had leftover chocolate cake and some dried blueberries that I cut up. They were good.

So is this a liquid or powder creamer?

I'm thinking blueberry/white cake with blueberry cream cheese icing. ........

I use liquid to replace 1/2 of the milk OR add 2 tbls of powder to the cake mix. Just depends on how much cake I plan on baking which kind I buy. the powdered of course last longer.

I bought it to use in my coffee, and thought it was nasty! I pitched it. There's no way I would waste cake by putting it in! I was so addicted to the coconut cream creamer, and not and I can't find it icon_cry.gif My morning will never be the same icon_cry.gif

Yum! Made cupcakes last night and the taste testers loved them! They were like blueberry muffins with frosting. I used the liquid creamer in the cake and frosting. Replaced 1/3 cup creamer for water in the half wasc recipe and 1 Tbsp creamer in the buttercream frosting.

I suppose you have to like blueberries to appreciate it. I noticed a little bit of cinnamon flavor as well--did anyone else?

I made cake balls with it and they were delicious!! I used scraps from WASC and used it as binder and covered with poured icing instead of chocolate...no one could stop eating them!!

jen1977...did you check Target for the coconut creamer? I just bought a huge bottle for 2 and change this week (never saw it beofre anywhere else)

I use it for cakeballs then also put a blueberry in the center of each one. I dip them in chocolate. They are my whole families new favorite!!! We love the blueberry creamer!!!

I tried some in my coffee and didn't care for it. I love blueberries too. I've been hesitant to try it in a cake. Maybe I'll have to make a small one to try it.

I used it as a substitute for all liquids with a white cake mix. I also substituted it for a little of the milk in my buttercream. It was wonderful! I made a cheesecake filling and mixed in blueberries...Yum!!! It was a huge hit!

I did the same thing with the White Chocolate Raspberry creamer from International Delights. I don't know if it is the brand, but it did not have as much flavor as the Blueberry Cobbler.

Happy experimenting!

So do you still use Almond flavoring with the Blueberry creamer? Does it go?

I stayed with vanilla but I don't know why almond would not work. I think the flavors would blend well.
