Can I Pull This Off? Sheet Cake Baked In A *gasp* Glass Pan?

I really want to make a rectangular sheet cake, but have only invested in good round pans so far.
Is it possible to bake two seperate 9x13's in a glass pyrex pan, stack them, then trim off where the rounded edges are?
I am curious if anyone has done this... lol.... Where there is a will, there is a way, right? Hahahaha....

Before I got into this seriously, I used to bake cakes in pyrex dishes & roasting tins all of the time! You just have to keep an eye on them as the parts of the cake touching the glass can brown quite quickly, so it's better to bake them at a lower temp for a bit longer (325 max). Hope that helps!
